how to wire a 12v constant lead for stereo??

You shouldn't have to steal power from anywhere. The original radio harness has constant power on the green wire. Blue is switched (this wire is also black/yellow depending on where you find it don't ask my why they use 2 colors). Red is the power antenna lead. Ground is black.
