engine vibrates 140-160

my rebuilt engine vibrates while at idle. i know my auxilary air valve isn't working. anyway , the motor has new pistons o.20 overbore,(not volvo)..new cam , lifters,timing gears,etc.... could be the flywheel and clutch aren't balanced???? thank you beanbag.... p.s. all motor mounts and trans. mount are O.K. and the crank was reground 0.30(rod) 0.20 (mains).......
