Complex problem..... 700 1988

As far as i can tell, nothing, when it was running funny, it appeared to floor okay, BUT, i can't really "floor" it fully... I've removed the belt fan and it's got a slightly lightened flywheel, meaning it revs up REALLY fast, it was over 2000rpm before my foot was half way down, so that wasn't really a test unfortunately... I never tried in 4th gear as i was in a low speed area.... damn... but it did it in 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear, which led me to believe it wasn't the motion of the car causing the problem :(
