Correct brake bleeding sequence on 92 240/94 965 w/ABS?

You will be all right either way. Typical logic is to bleed farthest from the master cylinder. But then, you have to bleed farthest from the ABS modulator. But on the 240 the modulator is next to the master so you don't have to reconsider that one.

Will you screw up the job if you do it backwards? No. If you have enough brake fluid on hand, you can always go through it a second time. Keep in mind the 240 only has single bleeders on the front calipers for ABS models.

While the manuals have different suggestions, I still go RR,LR,RF,LF with similar success to doing it other ways. I usually bleed with the car on and a single-person bleed attachment. Check fluid often and it will be fine.

I have done a TON of brake jobs.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has fouled the bleeding by using traditional methods.
