Speakers in a 745 700

What sizes are these speakers? What have you guys replaced them with? I have the stock radio out of my VW Golf GTI that is DIN size (my tape deck in the Volvo doesn't work). Is there any way to retrofit this radio into this car? Do I need an adapter? I'm in Canada, so there is no Best Buy or Circuit City to go to. THanks for any help.
