Engine swapping 200

Hey guys,
I got lucky and found a low mileage motor and tranny(auto) at the wrecking yard and want to put it into an '84 244 with high mileage.LH 2.2 vs LH 2.4 I think.
Is it an easy swap? Do I just need the ECU from the donor?
