POWER SEAT S90-V90 1998

I have a 1998 S90. My driver's power seat will not move forward/backward on the right side. I have removed the seat and cannot find anything in the tracks on the right side. I noticed the gears for forward/backward movement are connected to the same motor...so I do not understand why just the right side is not moving. Can anyone help?
