It is true that you can shop carefully and find a lot of things cheaper. Don't forget that IPD sponsors a lot of Volvo events and club meets but more importantly, provides specialty products that are unique. Try getting 1" sway bars if IPD folds up shop. Try getting a company to make a special run of sway bars for oh, say, 780s (or other 700/900) with IRS rear suspension, as IPD did a year or so ago. It would not be as much fun owning performance Volos without them. And I am cheap, but sometimes I have to support IPD with an order.
