My 244 has been running great then in the past 10 days has developed 2 problems not related to each other.

1. only when it is cold.. it will try to stall out briefly (like the old accelerator pump problem with carbs) then take off. This is only when at idle and taking off like from a stop light. This only happens 2 or 3 times, but obviously doesnt give one confidence when trying to get to work. Once the engine is warm this doesnt happen. Also just as a perception, the car seems to have slightly less power when accelerating maybe even a slight bogging down when pedal is applied. It again my be my perception.


2. only between 40 and 55 I feel a vibration and can hear it. This is only when power is applied and not in decel. While I havent had the driveshaft out, I hear no looseness or clunking when shifting. Seems like I heard at one time the center support mount can cause this.
