wheel locating pin - function? 700

You don't really need it. I used to run my wife's 745 with 240 rims and winter tires, without the pins (they have to be removed to use the 240 rims).

If it bothers you that the one pin is missing either glue it in (epoxy or even POR-15 should do the job if you clean everything well beforehand) or use one of these tools to make a larger thread and use that Saab pin.
