Pretty easy to do. You should be able to do it in 2 hours. The existing "anti-roll bar link" should be OK, but if it's bent or heavily corroded, I'd replace.
Definitely follow the other posts advice about the grease and not over-torqueing the anto-roll bar link.

Enjoy the ride. The change is awesome.
