3-2-1 OBD code - cold start valve, what to do? 700

If you have the base model non turbo with regina fuel system, the cold start valve was probably rewired during a campaign. The lead from the ECU is disconected and isolated, and the valve is wired directly to the starter solenoid, and activates while cranking. The result of this re-wire is a permanent 321 code in the ECU. It does not indicate a problem.
