so to check, am i to understand that i should do the following:
1) let the car sit for a day or so in cool weather
2) disconnect the CSV and hook up a multimeter to it to read DC voltage
3) have someone start the car while I look at the meter
And if the multimeter reads voltage, I can conclude that the wiring is fine and it is the CSV that is broken? Is the voltage supposed to be constant or is it like a switch of some sort?
Is this correct?
Thanks for your time. :-)
