There are two different series of switch/lock assemblies. If yours is the
2 bolt model you are in great shape.
Like other posters have said, the Dremel Moto-Tool is what you use, along
with #409 abrasive disks to cut a slot 1/16" wide across the bolt head.
Then you can indeed remove them with a big screwdriver.
