Please make some suggestions on my problems 700 1992

None of these problems were present before the filter change. The car ran perfect. The way I relieved the fuel pressure, is that I didn't. (I just went at the filter, although I wish that I had pulled the fuse.) I checked for kinks and flow on the filter, and everything else was fine. I do have reason to suspect the AMM, if it is bad what would that do to the engine.?
