Please make some suggestions on my problems 700 1992

check the fuel pump fuse, if you removed it to relieve the pressure. Also did you use a good brand of fuel filter and the right type of filter. Check to make sure that the hoses are not crimped around the filer? And was it installed in the correct direction?
