Although I am a 240 guy, these ideas might help.

On the timing belt there are three places marked with stripes across the belt. Make a mark (use Wite-out, chalk, whatever you have) on the EDGE of the belt at the same places. Great help to me when doing the crank pulley line-up.

To loosen the harmonic balancer, I use a socket on breaker bar, with the bar positioned so it can't move. Then one flick of the starter and the bolt is loosened. No such luck with tightening. Use the rope trick.

Inspect the harmonic balancer closely. They are known to have the inner part separate from the outer, causing some hard-to-diagnose problems.

Seals. If they aren't known to leak or to have been in a loooooong time, leave'em be. They aren't hard to do, even without the special tools for settng the news ones in. HOWEVER, it's easy to scratch a turning surface on one of the shafts, and then you have two choices (1) life with the leak, (2) spend several hours with 400 grit emery paper removing the scratches. DAMHIK Also a good idea to have on hand an extra seal of each size. They are low cost, and should one get botched, you've saved a parts run problem.
