If all of the windows are slow to come up, try spraying silicone lube in the slides on the doorframe. A lot of times that's the remedy that works the best. Otherwise you might have to grease up the regulator itself, but the silicone spray is a lot easier to do (don't bother taking the door panel off again). Also it's a cheap way to find out if that's the issue, or IF you have to go farther into it.
