Help, I need some advice! I've got a 67 122S that is finally running. However, when I shift it in gear it takes quite a bit of engine work to actually get the car moving. (I can pop the cluch and it barely moves the car.) I've checked the cluch and it looks like is does engage after the cluch petal is released (hydrolic cluch). In addition, when shifting to consecutive gears, there is a lot of revving there as well. My first diagnosis is the clutch is slipping. If so, what makes it slip? I'm afraid I'll have to put in a new cluch, assuming that is the problem. Any advice??
Thanks!
