Faulty FPR?

Thank you, Steve. Fuel injectors are brand new, only a few months on the '86 760T. FPR has been there forever, as far as I can tell. Looks like it is time to replace it. BTW, if you do not now it already you may be interested in www.cruzinperformance.com From the step by step illustrations and explanations at their website, they do a great job cleaning fuel injectors, for $10 each! I will soon send them the injectors from the '95 960. I will report how they come out. I hope you saw my post on reasonably priced heads ($1,300, Erikson rebuild with OEM parts and brand new cams), Mahle piston sets with rings ($375), etc. for the 960 engine, from Nick Bauer at www.fcpgroton.com
Today, I received an email from Andy Viken at www.importpartsspec.com
He too has reasonably priced parts, like pistons with rings for the above price and ring sets for about half the dealer price, to rebuild the 960 engine. Best regards.
