NGK 6 or 7?

I think it really depends on how hard you push your car. I think my car idles a tad better with the hotter 6, but boosts better on warm days with the 7.....your choice. But I have been really happy with the NGK's....in fact, you got me thinking...I don't remember what is in there now!! BP6ES or BP7ES??? I'll check tonight!!
