Galvanised 240s? 200 1986

The rust on my 240 has finally got to the stage where I'm considering getting another one. Whilst looking on our UK website 'Fish4Cars' under Volvo 240 information, I found this piece of information:

"Rust - Beware pre-'86 models when bodies weren't galvanised"

Now this would be saying that post-'86 240s have galvanised bodies, but I didn't think any 240s did, could anyone clarify this for me?
