Question About Storing Internal Engine Parts

Michael,

Re-read my post - I might have been a little unclear. You know you should grease the thing first, then bag it, right? The grease is what will keep it from rusting.

Wrapping in plastic alone probably wouldn't prevent light surface rust on unprotected steel in a damp basement.

Just wanted to make sure.
