Not much to add to the previous replies but I would urge some caution with the brakes. If the system was dry it most likely means something is leaking somewhere. At the very least you should bleed each wheel until fresh clear fluid comes out. Brake fluid absorbs water, especially in an unused car. The watered brake fluid can internally rust the brake system and also has a dangerously low boiling point. If you boil the fluid in a caliper or wheel cylinder then you suddenly don't have brakes. Brakes are the single most suspect thing in my mind when reviving an old car.
