I just checked out that webpage. They list both manual and power.

I've had manual in both a 75 and an 80, but have power in an '87.

I find the PS not really necessary, and it's just one more thing that will eventually have to be repaired,- either the rack or the pump.. I've never had any problem with manual steering. If I ever have to replace the rack on the '87 I'd put manual in and never have to worry about the pump and leaking fluid and all that useless stuff. Though the steering wheel on the 87 is smaller, I don't think it would be harder to steer/park. IMHO
