Please advise on repairs 200 85

Right now, my car needs:

1) Wiring harness

2) Blower motor

3) Rack

4) Overdrive service (rebuild?)

5) Rear bushings

The rear bushings and overdrive are things that I can prolong. But she definitely needs a harness and rack, and a working blower motor would be really nice this time of year too.

How complicated are these repairs? Does anyone know how many hours of labour per Volvo? Will I need special tools to remove and install the rack (already ordered and on the way from IPD)? The instructions in the 700/900 FAQ for blow motor replacement look very daunting to say the least; how much easier/harder is this to do on a 200 series car?
