Two wiring harnesses in engine bay??? 700 86

I have just finished putting in an engine wiring harness in my 745 Turbo. All of the injector wires were fried as well as the ones leading from the starter and alternator.

My question is this, the connector under the coil (right hand passenger side of car) to which the engine harness plugs into, is also fried big time. I peeled about a foot of the loom away and all of the wires were bare. It appears these wires go into the firewall.

Has any one here had any experience with this problem and is there a replacement harness?????

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
