THER IS A RUBBER PLUG ON YOU PLASTIC COVER ( OVER SPEEDO , )REMOVE IT AND PUSH IT IN IT SHOULD GO OFF , IF NOT PUT YOUR EGNITION KEY IN POSITION 2 ANAND REMOVE THE POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE WAIT A MINUTE AND REPLACE IT .
