A couple of thoughts..

The 2 pin connectors, within a few inches of the hub are suspect. I would pull them apart and clean the contacts thoroughly and apply some contact enhancer like De-Ox-It. Give the sleeves a little squeeze with a plier to ensure adequate tension on the pins.

Also, an under voltage condition can make the ABS computer crazy. Usually this sets a fault code, but you should look into it anyway.
