The FAQ section is very detailed and specific on this subject. Were you in the right section? Look under performance symptoms. There is even a picture.

If throttle body is clean already why bother. Idle speed is not really adjusted, it is controlled by the idle air control valve or IAC. Should be 750rpm and 900 rpm with air on. What is your idle at now?
