exit reliability, enter the land of broken things ALL all

its been my dream since 1992, when i was a kid and my dad bought his first jeep... i had to have one, and ever since my buddy got one in 2000, ive been dying to own one... well now im selling the old 88 240 DL, and getting into the world of 1990 jeep wrangler... ill visit the board often and help where i can, volvo is forever one of my loves, and someday i hope to get an older turbo 245...

however much i love not spending money on my car and the reliability, sometimes a love for a convertable that rides 3 feet off the ground with no doors is too strong... if theres one thing the volvo hasnt been able to provide, its a fun ride with a feeling of open air freedom... and between school and work the only time i have to have fun is whilst driving to and from...

Question being, besides comfort and reliability lossage, does anyone here know of problems ill soon be experiencing with the creature? its a '90 wrangler sahara with the 4.2L motor, 5 speed... sadly - 170,000 miles... however it does run stronger than the volvo currently... what should i watch out for?

thanks again for all the help ive recieved from the board, you guys have virtually resoldered all my relays and installed my tie rods and brake master cylinder... and i want to especially thank don foster, isaac babcock, and Mr. patton, wherever he may be... hopefully youll still be around here when i (and i promise) get my 245 wagon... maybe a v8 conversion >:)
