Code 2-4-1, port 6: problem found. 200 91

I was getting a EGR low flow error on the diagnostic port 6, shows up as a check engine light. Kudo's go to Steve Seekins for his insight. There is a hard pipe that runs from the exhaust to the intake with a valve in between, there are two sets of wires coming out of this valve with the same connector on the end, only one is used, (I don't know what the other is for). The connector was corroded, but not so bad it could'nt be cleaned. This has solved the problem. Thanks to all for your responses.
