I think it is about time a list the good things a 240 Volvo has to offer .HERE are a few things that I think make the Volvo 240 such a great car. 1. Real front bumpers(compare them sometime with the cars being offered today)

2. Excellent headlights.

3. Very comportable seats(Toronto to Edmonston NB before a break with no back pain -I do have a bad back.)

4. Very good visibility

5. straight forward mechanical design (makes the car for the most oart very easy to work on.

6. Very good resale value.

7. Excellent dependable long life engine.

8. Very tough rear end.

9. Very solid feel to the car wich inspires confidence when driving.

10. A car that responds very well to routine maintenance.(some cars seem to just fall apart no matter what you try to do after they are so old.)

11. Excellent brakes.

12. Very powerfull heater.(heats up very quickly -great for those cold climates.)

13. Very easy to use dash controls which are easy to operate even with gloves on.
