BC,

I found the block drain plug below the exhaust manifold to be easily reached with a combination wrench from above. You may have to crawl underneath to locate it, but access is OK from the engine compartment. Pull the bottom hose to drain the radiator; there is no radiator drain. Don't change your fluid without draining and flushing the block. Good luck...
