Check the main relay and fuel pump relay. The main relay has a diode inside which may get temperature sensitive when old. They are located on the passenger side inner fender. You may want to just arbitrarily replace these relays since you will undoubtedly be checking them at room temperature and will likely work just fine. Also check ground connections for the injection system, located on the intake manifold. Its a bunch of white wires with ring terminals held down by a screw. Clean, wire brush everything and reinstall. Check the engine ground strap. Its located low down at rear of the engine.
