Another Novice Questions 200 '88

Quick question, I was cleaning my engine (Thanks Simple Green Guys) and I noticed the sticker on the cam housing(?). It said that my engine is the B230F. I have seen the posts on the BB bout the B230 but what is the difference? Where would I get some info as to what is special about the B230 series. I love to know about things that I own and this is one of them. Thank you ye ole Brick Masters.
