Ayup! I got it. I am several decades out of date on motorcycles. :-(

Regarding the Honda 50, new version: Small is Beautiful.

Just a guess: using the same wheel as drive wheel in both gas and elec modes may be most simple, reliable, economical. You have probably seen the small motors that have a hinged mount, spinning a rubbe drum, that may be raised or lowered onto the top of a bicycle tire (friction drive) to drive the bike. Maybe something similar?

Volvo content: Forthright and quickly-grasped solutions are usually best, e.g. the simple plastic clips that retain the headlight bezels and grille. Shazam!
