Here's the info from my packing slip:

SPX Corp.,655 Eisenhower Drive, Owatonna,MN 55060-1171

tool #=v9995284

It works GREAT,just remove the tensioner pulley from the front of

engine,insert the tool onto the harmonic dampner (central pulley) and

place hole of tool onto stud of tensioner pulley. Torque away!!

I can't wait to use it again on my wife's 740.
