Rear drains are in the rear corners of the sunroof cavity, just like the front ones. Use a strong flashlight to help you see them. They drain down plastic tubes in the B-pillar, if memory serves me right. Test by opening the roof and squirting water in each corner. I would clean them with a vacuum cleaner duct-taped to a tube, stuck in the drain to suck leaves, etc. back out.
