Look for a tag on the left side of the housing which tells the style. Limited slip for multilink is 1045 type. If it reads 1035, it's the standard differential inside.

Wouldn't it be easier to find a locking type 240 axle (style 1031, and 1041 is the HD version) in good shape and just bolt it in?
