Either the cam seal is leaking or the VC gasket is split where it goes over the top of the cam journal. Oh, and just because everone will say it I will too. Clean the breather.

The oil will look cleaner if you put it out in a thin layer, so it is most likely from inside your own motor. Or do you have friends with warped senses of humor?
