ok sounds like ill be starting over again. but there is one thing id like to correct this time. the manual claims there is a drain on the radiator and one under somewhere under the exhaust manifold. i have a nissen (not nissan) radiator thats about a year old and i saw no drain on it. attempt number one was a mess. i covered the alternator because i just saw it coming but there was quite a puddle of antifreeze on the ground before it was all done. i just undid the hose at the water pump. i wouldn't mind being able to save a little of the green stuff if i could. only idea i have is to punch a hole in the old hose and just replace the thing. any ideas or tricks my manual might have overlooked?
