Thanks for your reply jim...

I checked it and I'll have to change the lower one.

So, if I understand, the upper part of the steering column is free to slide up. So, this is why I will have to remove the steering gear side of the joint first and then, I'll be able to remove the steering wheel side. Am I ok?
