Floor panels:

Measure up the sizes you need and go to your friendly local

sheetmetal shop. Get 16 or 18 gauge black iron.

Look out for brake and fuel lines while you are welding.

It is exciting enough without burning or melting them.

I used acetylene but a lot of guys are going to MIG wire

welders these days. You'll probably need to do a lot of

hammering and fitting to get it to look right.

Nearly all my experience with rubber OEM floormats has been

BAD, especially from the durability standpoint. They don't

even last in storage! Also anything that traps leaked water and

holds it against the floor is NOT your friend!
