I understand that there are a couple different adjustments that can be made on the fuel system such as at the AMM and at the TB. Is this what you're refering to when you mentioned the adjustments done by POs? Aren't these adjustments attempts to "fix" a problem that they don't want to have done correctly (ie: fix the real cause)?
