I shouldn't think it would make a lot of difference. Although I wouldn't mind at all if my car was RHD.

See, I'm LEFTHANDED, and such an arrangement would suit me pretty well, what with the gearshift "falling easily to hand" and all that. I could make more dexterous(intended)handbrake turns also.

Only maneuver that I'd find more difficult would be the one-finger salute. Being that it'd be presented from the offhand side, at the most it would be attributed to an ired passenger.
