Can't help you much other than mentioning the B230FK and the B230FT have different wastegate actuators. According to my reading, the B230FK turbo has a maximum turbo boost pressure of approximately 0.35 bar (5 psi) while the B230FT is 0.6 (approx 9 psi). Your reading of 2 psi initially sounded really low, but after reading that it may not be too horrid. Keep digging, it may be something minor.
