B20F engine identifier

I recently purchased a used B20F engine,(origin and mileage unknown), there is a medal tag on the left side behind the distributor stating the following;
Type: B20F
Part No. : 5001439
Serial No.: 4460172
Cylinder Dim.: 0.762mm OS
Big End Bearing Dim.: STD
Main Bearing Dim.: STD
Thrust Washer Dim.; Blank
Volvo Made in Sweden
Is this a Volvo remanufactured engine ?
I have never seen a tag like this on Volvo's in the early to mid 1970's.
