Very informative Dave. Thanks very much for this. I think I will go ahead and order the American version of the relay. I can just run with lights on at all times or live with their absence. At least when you shut off the ignition on this car the headlights go off as well, unlike with the 240. No danger of running the battery down if you leave the lights on.
