Timing Belt looks bad, is the motor cooked? S90-V90 1997

You can bump the starter under the hood by jumping the starter relay. That said, it sounds like the valves are toast. Pull a plug and stick a dowel or something with a rubber tip down the hole and if you feel no compression at all you can confirm this.
